Terms of use

Version 3.0 · Last updated 2 November 2026

1. About us and these terms

This website, innovatexglobal.com, is operated by Innovatex Global Ltd, trading as Innovatex Global (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact us at info@innovatexglobal.com or +44 7597 691509.

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website. Our privacy notice and cookie policy also apply.

2. Our professional services

We provide professional services only under a written engagement letter agreed with our client. Nothing on this website, and no enquiry, booking or call, creates a contract for services or a professional relationship. If anything on this website conflicts with an engagement letter, the engagement letter applies.

Before accepting any engagement, we carry out checks, including for conflicts of interest and independence. We may decline an engagement.

3. Information on this website is not advice

The content of this website, including our articles and insights, is general information only. It is not professional, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. You should take advice before acting on it. Content reflects the position on the date shown and may not be updated as laws, standards or guidance change. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice on your situation.

4. Free consultation calls

Our 20-minute consultation calls are free and carry no obligation. They are an introductory conversation, not advice, and no duty of care arises from them alone. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call; if so, we will let you know and offer another time. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email.

5. Using our website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or introduce viruses or other harmful material (which may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990);
  • attack the website, for example by a denial-of-service attack;
  • use automated tools to copy or extract content in bulk; or
  • submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information through our forms or booking system.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, or to any part of it, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. We may report a breach to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website and its content. You may view, download and print pages, and share links, for your own use or for use within your organisation, provided you acknowledge Innovatex Global as the source. You must not use our content for commercial purposes, or change it, without our written permission.

Our name and logo may not be used without our permission. Other names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners.

7. Links

Links to other websites are provided for information only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data.

You may link to our home page or to any article, provided you do so fairly and lawfully, do not suggest any association or endorsement by us that does not exist, and do not display our website within a frame on another website.

8. Availability and security

We try to keep this website available, accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses. You are responsible for protecting your own devices and systems. We may change or remove any part of the website at any time.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of Scotland, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you use this website for business purposes: it is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and other terms. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer: the website is intended for business use. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for business losses. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our liability in connection with any professional services is governed solely by the relevant engagement letter.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show when they last changed. Please check them each time you use the website.

11. General

No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms, whether under the Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Act 2017 or otherwise. If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or this website (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of Scotland.

The courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

13. Company information

Professional qualifications described on this website are held by the individuals named, through their personal membership of the relevant professional bodies.
