This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Innovatex Global website, why we use them and how you can control them. It should be read with our privacy notice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), we may only use them with your consent, unless they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have asked for.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These keep the website secure and remember your cookie choices. The law allows us to use them without consent, and the website cannot work properly without them.

• cmplz_* (our consent tool, Complianz): remembers your cookie choices so that we do not ask you on every page. Kept for 365 days.
• Google reCAPTCHA (only on pages with a form, and the login page): checks that forms, bookings and log-ins come from a person, not a bot. Google may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie (kept for up to 6 months) and read information from your browser for this purpose. We treat this as strictly necessary because it protects the form you are using.
• wordpress_* and wfwaf-authcookie-*: set only for people who log in to manage the website, never for visitors.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand how the website is used so that we can improve it. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load.

• _ga (Google Analytics): distinguishes visitors. Kept for 2 years.
• _ga_* (Google Analytics): keeps track of your visit. Kept for 2 years.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you on our website for advertising. If we embed a map or video from another provider, it will not load until you agree to the related cookies.

3. Changing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time below, or by using the cookie tab shown at the bottom of each page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything before you withdrew it.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as the booking form, may not work.

4. Changes to this policy
