Accessibility statement
Version 3.0 · Last updated 2 November 2026
We want everyone to be able to use the Innovatex Global website, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how accessible the website is, what to do if you have difficulty using it, and how to contact us.
1. Our standard
The website has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.
2. What you should be able to do
- use the whole website, including the menus, forms and booking calendar, with a keyboard only;
- use a “skip to content” link to bypass the menus;
- zoom in up to 400% without text disappearing off the screen, and use the website on a screen 320 pixels wide;
- use a screen reader: pages use proper headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and text alternatives for images;
- read text with strong colour contrast;
- reduce motion: animations are switched off if your device asks for reduced motion; and
- see booking times in your own time zone, with UK time alongside.
3. How we tested
On 2 November 2026 we tested every type of page using automated checks (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) and manual keyboard-only testing at screen widths from 320 to 1440 pixels. These tests found no failures against WCAG 2.2 AA. The website has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist or tested with assistive-technology users; we plan to do this and will update this statement.
4. Known limitations
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which works invisibly; there is no puzzle to solve. If it ever blocks you by mistake, please email or phone us instead.
- Video calls: calls take place on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, whose accessibility is outside our control. Tell us if you need a different arrangement, such as a phone call, captions or extra time.
- Third-party content: the cookie consent banner and any embedded content from other providers are supplied by third parties. Our address is always also shown as text.
5. Feedback, alternative formats and adjustments
If you find a problem, need information in a different format, or need an adjustment to work with us, contact us at info@innovatexglobal.com or +44 7597 691509. We will reply within 5 working days.
6. If you are not happy with our response
We have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are not happy with how we respond to your request or complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which provides advice in England, Scotland and Wales.
